The Power of Transformative Coaching

Coaching exists on a spectrum, ranging from directive, task-oriented approaches to deeply reflective and transformative experiences.  Directive or performance focused coaching can be effectively supported by AI-based solutions. However, at AVS, we believe true, lasting change requires more than just hitting targets or following prescribed steps. We focus on making a transformative impact, facilitating positive change, and fostering continuous improvement for individuals and teams.  


With our Developmental and Transformational Coaching approach, we will explore and critically reflect on your inner beliefs, assumptions, values, and expectations in the context of your wider system, to gain perspective and achieve personal growth and change to reach your full potential. 


We also provide Mindfulness Coaching, which focuses on the Mind-Body connection, i.e. how the mind and nervous system impacts your behaviour and thinking. We can assist you to shift from stress states (fight/flight/freeze) to more resourceful states that are calm, focused, and creative. Guiding you from reactive, survival thinking (limbic system) to reflective, strategic thinking (prefrontal cortex), as well as working with subconscious patterns, such as visualisation, somatic awareness, or powerful questions to explore your current habits and rewire them (i.e. neuroplasticity). 


All our sessions are client-led and will focus on what is important and relevant to you. Through thoughtful dialogue, evidence-informed frameworks, and a deep understanding of human behaviour, we guide our clients toward sustainable change, personally and/or professionally.  


Depending on your need we are able to include specific insight tools, such as psychometric assessments or surveys, to assist you in your journey.
